It's all very true, but it seems that more users are concerned with the points than with the amount of crap flowing through the portal. Most are simply content to ignore the spam crews. Everyone says that they vote what they think a flash actually deserves, but in actuality when it comes right down to it. Most won't vote a 0 and a [ff] flash because they know it will get through and its a free Protection point.
